Are your diamonds lab grown?
Yes. Every Roomy's piece is made with lab grown diamonds set in solid gold — 10Kt to 18Kt, in yellow, white or rose gold.
When will my order arrive?
You'll get a tracking link by email as soon as your order ships. For timing on a specific order, send us the order number and we'll check it for you.
Can I return or exchange a piece?
Yes. The full terms are on our returns and exchanges page. If anything there is unclear, ask us and we'll walk you through it.
Do you make custom pieces?
We do. Choose Custom piece in the form above and tell us the idea, your budget, and any reference images or links you're working from.
How do I find my ring size?
Our ring size guide covers measuring at home. If you land between two sizes, message us before ordering.
