Diamond Tennis Bracelet Price, Decoded
Ask what a diamond tennis bracelet should cost and you will get a number with no reasoning attached. The honest answer is that diamond tennis bracelet price is set by four things you can actually inspect: total carat weight, stone count, gold karat, and the labor in the setting.
Tennis bracelets have become the most commercially important thing on a wrist. In its mid-year read of US retail, the jewelry analytics firm Tenoris reported that bracelets, and tennis bracelets in particular, generated the highest revenue of any jewelry category in the first half of 2026, with bracelet revenue up 14% year over year. That popularity has made pricing noisier, not clearer. Below is how we price ours, in plain numbers.
Two of those three figures come from the same Tenoris H1 2026 analysis, which found the average US jewelry purchase price climbed 19% in the first half of the year. The third is from industry analyst Edahn Golan, cited by JCK in its report on the De Beers diamond acquisition study: lab grown diamonds moved from roughly 10% of US engagement ring sales in 2020 to 58% in 2025. Lab grown is no longer the alternative. It is the default, and it is why a serious diamond bracelet now starts in the hundreds rather than the five figures.
What Determines Diamond Tennis Bracelet Price
Diamond tennis bracelet price is driven by four measurable inputs, and carat weight is only one of them. A bracelet is a long run of identical stones held in a long run of identical settings, so the cost of the setting work scales with the stone count in a way a solitaire never does.
- Total carat weight (CTW). The combined weight of every stone on the bracelet, not the size of one. GIA defines carat as a unit of weight, not size, which is why two bracelets at the same CTW can look different on the wrist.
- Stone count and stone size. Forty larger stones and ninety smaller ones can reach the same CTW. The ninety-stone version costs more to set and finish.
- Gold karat. 10kt, 14kt and 18kt contain 41.7%, 58.3% and 75% pure gold respectively. At current metal prices that ladder is the single biggest lever on the final figure.
- Cut shape. Round brilliants are the baseline. Pear, marquise and emerald cuts cost more per carat because they waste more rough and demand tighter symmetry across a repeating line.
You can see all four at work in our own range. The Opale Round Diamond Tennis Bracelet (from $550) carries 0.63 CTW. The Aurore Round Diamond Tennis Bracelet (from $1,450) carries 0.65 CTW, a difference of two hundredths of a carat and nearly $900 in price. The gap is stone size, gold weight and setting work, not carats. Anyone selling you on CTW alone is giving you one quarter of the picture.
Tennis Bracelet Price Tiers in 2026
A lab grown diamond tennis bracelet in solid gold realistically spans $500 to roughly $13,000, and each band of that range buys a different kind of piece. Prices below are our 10kt starting points, quoted live.
| Price band (from) | Example | What that money buys |
|---|---|---|
| $500 to $700 | Éclat Emerald from $500, Opale Round from $550 | A genuine solid gold line bracelet with sub-0.7 CTW. Reads as jewelry, not as a statement. The honest entry point. |
| $1,400 to $1,700 | Aurore Round from $1,450 | Larger individual stones at similar CTW, so the line is visible across a room. The everyday tier most buyers land on. |
| $3,000 to $3,400 | Gloire Round from $3,200 | Past one carat total (1.19 CTW on the Gloire). Continuous light with no gaps between stones. |
| $5,000 and up | Prestige Round from $5,100, Lumière Pear from $6,550 | High carat weight or a fancy shape. The Lumière runs two carats of pear cuts, which is where per-carat cutting cost rises sharply. |
How Gold Karat Moves the Number
Moving one bracelet from 10kt to 18kt gold typically adds 90% to 100% to its price, with no change to the diamonds at all. That is pure metal content and it is the lever most buyers underestimate. Here is the same two pieces across all three karats, at today's prices.
| Bracelet | 10kt | 14kt | 18kt |
|---|---|---|---|
| Gloire Round | $3,200 | $4,450 | $6,250 |
| Prestige Round | $5,100 | $7,350 | $10,450 |
Gold, not diamond, is what has made fine jewelry more expensive over the past two years. In its September 2026 analysis, the research firm Metals Focus noted that record metal prices are changing what people buy, while observing that "precious metal jewellery retains cultural, bridal, gifting and investment appeal" even as demand measured in metal weight falls. Translated for a buyer: expect to pay for gold, and choose the karat deliberately rather than by default. Our own breakdown of 14k versus 18k gold covers the durability tradeoff in detail.
A Framework for Comparing Two Bracelets
The fastest way to compare two tennis bracelets is to reduce each to a cost per carat of diamond plus a cost of gold, then judge the finishing by hand. Use this order.
- Divide price by CTW. This gives you a rough per-carat figure to compare like for like, before metal.
- Adjust for karat. An 18kt piece should cost meaningfully more than the same design in 10kt. If it does not, question the gold.
- Check the certification. Every Roomy's diamond is lab grown and carries IGI and Roomy's certification. A bracelet with no report attached is a bracelet with no claim attached.
- Flex the bracelet. It should fall in a smooth curve with no stiff sections. Stiffness means the links were finished quickly.
- Look at the clasp. A box clasp with a figure-eight safety catch is the standard. It is also where cheap bracelets save money.
